Our accommodation is open to individuals claiming government benefits who need safe and supported housing. We currently house tenants receiving:

  • Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA)
  • Pension Credit

Our rooms are fully furnished and move-in ready. Each room includes high-quality bedding and everything you need to settle in comfortably from day one.
We also cover all bills — council tax, water, gas, electricity, and broadband — so there are no hidden costs for tenants.
No. Unlike many supported housing providers, we do not charge a service charge. Our tenants pay no additional fees on top of their rent.

We make the move as stress-free as possible. Our team provides free transportation on move-in day to get you to your new home. Once you arrive, your room is fully set up and ready — no waiting around.
Yes. We provide emergency food parcels and support packages for residents experiencing hardship. We believe no one in our care should have to choose between rent and meals.

We offer landlords a fully managed, hands-off property partnership. Once your property is with us, we handle everything — tenant sourcing, day-to-day management, maintenance, bills, and tenancy agreements. Your role as a landlord becomes entirely passive.
Yes. We offer above-market guaranteed rent paid directly to you regardless of occupancy or tenant payment issues. You will never experience a void period under our model.
Our lease agreements run for 3–5 years, giving you long-term income stability.
We do. Community Supportive Housing takes full responsibility for all property maintenance — from routine wear and tear to emergency repairs — at no cost to you. Your property is kept in excellent condition throughout the lease.

There are no utility management responsibilities on your end.
